• We’re seeking volunteers to help history come alive for school groups and special event days!
• Volunteering with the Mason County Historical Society is a wonderful way to share the history of Mason County with the many visitors that come through our doors each year.
• We have volunteer opportunities at all three of our locations; Historic White Pine Village, Port of Ludington Maritime Museum, and the Mason County Research Center.
• Volunteers help with a variety of tasks from working along side visitors while making crafts to helping bring “History Alive” while interpreting historical exhibits and buildings.
• There are also volunteer opportunities in our extensive research library ranging from data entry to archiving artifacts.
